  1. Return Time Frame:
    Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted beyond this period.

  2. Shipping Costs:

    • If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
    • For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
  3. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If your product arrives broken or isn’t functioning as expected, contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Once we verify the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

  4. Change of Mind Returns:
    If you decide to return an item simply because you no longer want it, you can do so within 30 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Upon receiving the item in acceptable condition, we’ll refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.

  5. Refunds:
    After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@vitalhealthspectrum.com.
