What if my product is damaged?

We recommend carefully inspecting the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, even to the box itself, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package at the time but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please email clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to support@vitalhealthspectrum.com. Once we receive your documentation, we will quickly process a replacement or refund—typically within one business day.
